Personalized Services to Explore all the Elements of You

Your Healing, Your Way!

At EleMental Healing we believe that quality services aren’t one size fits all. Everyone comes with their unique story and needs. What may work for some may not work for others. Even what once worked for you may not be working now and you’re looking for something different.

Our approaches are flexible, compassionate, and culturally responsive. Our goal is to support your healing in a way that feels safe, empowering, and aligned with who you are.

We believe that healing is most effective when your whole selfmind, spirit, body, including your identity, values, and history—is honored and integrated into the process.

Celebrating Diversity

row of elements indicating the various type of diversity celebrated at elemental healing

At EleMental Healing, we believe therapy should be a space where all elements of you are seen, respected, and welcomed unconditionally.

We don’t just "include" your identity—we embrace it. Because it matters.

We welcome, accept, affirm, and celebrate clients across a wide spectrum of diversity including but not limited to:

Race & Ethnicity

We affirm Black, Indigenous, Latine/x, Asian, Middle Eastern, and multiracial individuals—and recognize the intergenerational, cultural, and systemic impacts of racism and colonization. We hold space for racial trauma, cultural identity struggles, and the complexities of navigating multiple worlds.

"Drawings of several different religious symbols."

Spiritual, Cultural, and Ancestral Identities

We welcome clients of all spiritual paths—including Indigenous traditions, non-Western worldviews, interfaith backgrounds, and those processing religious trauma. Whether you’re reconnecting with ancestral practices or redefining your own beliefs, we honor your journey.

Traditional/Non-Traditional Relationships and Families

We welcome families and couples of all varieties: parenting solo, coparenting, raising children in a queer, blended, or multigenerational home, redefining family after loss, polyamorous or nonmonogamous relationship, or creating your own chosen family. We recognize that love, attachment, and belonging take many forms, and all are valid here.

Gender & Sexuality

We are LGBTQIA+ affirming, gender-expansive, and sex-positive. Whether you’re exploring your identity, transitioning, navigating coming out, or experiencing homo-or transphobia, we offer a safe, judgement free, and celebratory space for you to show up as your true self!

Body Diversity

We offer size-inclusive and body-neutral support. We work with clients who are navigating gender dysphoria, body image, gender alignment, and their relationship with food and movement. All body types, sizes, and shapes welcomed and embraced.

National Origin or Citizen Status

We honor the layered experience of those who live between cultures, who carry ancestral lands in their hearts, or who are navigating the complexity of immigration. We understand the ways that systemic injustice can impact mental health, divide families, and threaten safety. We know that reaching out for support can be incredibly vulnerable. We welcome people of any documentation or citizenship status.

Neurodivergence & Mental Health

We support clients with autism, ADHD, highly sensitive people, or those who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges. We don't pathologize your wiring, we celebrate its strengths! We adapt to fit your processing style and way of thinking.

Disability & Chronic Illness

We honor the lived experiences of disabled and chronically ill individuals. We recognize the effects of ableism, fatigue, guarding against illness, and fluctuating needs. We understand the barriers to quality medical health care and the emotional toll of navigating a complex medical system.
