What is Life Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you move toward the life you want. Unlike therapy, coaching isn’t focused on mental health diagnosis or deep emotional healing. Instead, it’s about forward movement in your personal development. Its focus is on what’s present and possible: your goals, your values, and the changes you want to make.

While it’s not a substitute for therapy, coaching can enhance and accelerate your therapeutic progress. It can also be a powerful and affective avenue on its own to help you explore and expand your personal growth.

How Do I Pay for Life Coaching?

Coaching services are not covered by insurance. At EleMental Healing we are happy to offer different pricing packages to help meet your various needs and are willing to work with you on a case-by-case basis if there’s something more specific we need to arrange.

One-on-One Plan

  • Single Session: $100/hr

  • Block of 6 Sessions: $85/hr

  • Block of 8 Sessions: $75/hr

  • Block of 10 Sessions: $65/hr

  • Pay Half up front and the rest upon completion of block

  • Includes Free Workbook

  • 15-20 min Check in call between sessions

  • Email support throughout

  • Free Access to Next Upcoming Event/Workshop

Small Group Plan

  • Groups of up to 8 people

  • 2-4 people: $50/per person

  • 5-8 people: $25/per person

  • 90 min coach led group discussion with Q&A

  • Includes Free Workbook

  • In-person or online

  • Not at all. Some people come with clear goals, and others just know something feels off or they’re craving change. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and uncover next steps that feel grounded and true.

  • Nope. This isn’t about giving you a checklist or telling you what to do. Coaching is a collaborative process where you’re supported in accessing your own insight, agency, and inner wisdom. Your coach will offer structure, reflection, and tools—not prescriptions.

  • Everything from life transitions, career shifts, identity exploration, parenting, creative blocks, boundary setting, burnout recovery, to rebuilding after loss or change. If it matters to you, it matters to us.

  • Yes. As ethical Life Coaches we value your privacy. Everything we discuss is held in confidence and with care. This is your space to speak freely, be vulnerable and authentic, trusting that we will safeguard your process.

  • That depends on your goals, pace, and what kind of support feels helpful. Some people benefit from a few sessions. Others need longer to sustain momentum or deepen self-trust. We’ll check in regularly to determine your needs.

  • Totally normal. Coaching invites honesty, and that includes naming hesitation. You don’t have to be 100% sure, just curious enough to show up and see what’s possible. A free consultation can help put you at ease.
