That depends on your goals, pace, and what kind of support feels helpful. Some people benefit from a few sessions. Others need longer to sustain momentum or deepen self-trust. We’ll check in regularly to determine your needs.

Totally normal. Coaching invites honesty, and that includes naming hesitation. You don’t have to be 100% sure, just curious enough to show up and see what’s possible. Many people seek coaching specifically because they feel stuck. Coaching provides support, perspective, accountability, and encouragement to help identify obstacles and create forward movement, even when motivation feels difficult to find.

Coaching services are not covered by insurance. At EleMental Healing we are happy to offer different pricing packages to help meet your various needs and are willing to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
One-on-one
Single Sessions: $150/hour
Block of 8 Sessions: $900
Pay Half up front and the rest upon completion of block
15-20 min Check in call between sessions

Groups of up to 8 people
2-4 people: $50/per person
