At EleMental Healing we believe that quality services aren’t one size fits all. Everyone comes with their unique story and needs. What may work for some may not work for others. Even what once worked for you may not be working now and you’re looking for something different.

Healing and growth look different for every person. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, seeking support for a relationship, processing past experiences, or pursuing personal growth, EleMental Healing offers a variety of services designed to meet you where you are.

Our team provides compassionate, personalized care for individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and groups. We believe that every person's journey is unique, and we work collaboratively to create an experience that honors your needs, goals, and strengths.

Individual therapy is a one-on-one supportive space designed to help you navigate life’s challenges, emotions, stress, relationships, personal growth, and healing journey. Sessions focus on helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and compassionate environment.

Our approach is rooted in compassion, empowerment, mindfulness, emotional healing, and creating a safe space where individuals feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

At EleMental Healing, we believe every child and teen deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, respected, and emotionally safe. Child and Adolescent Therapy is not about “fixing” a child—it’s about helping them feel empowered, understood, and equipped with tools to navigate life with greater confidence, balance, and resilience.

Children and adolescents often experience emotional struggles differently than adults. Sometimes their emotions show up through behavior changes, withdrawal, anger, difficulty concentrating, anxiety, or challenges at home or school. Therapy can provide support before those struggles become more overwhelming.

Caregiver Involvement

Caregivers often ask how much they will be involved in their child’s therapy, and the answer is that it depends on your child’s history, age, developmental stage, diagnoses, and other factors.

As systemic therapists, however, we involve parents in some form in every session.  We want you to be active participants and co-therapists in your child’s therapy because you know them better than we ever could!

Couples Therapy, also known as Relationship Therapy, is a supportive space where partners can work together to improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, navigate challenges, and build healthier relationship patterns. Therapy helps couples better understand one another while creating tools for growth and healing.

At EleMental Healing, we believe relationships deserve care, attention, and support. Couples Therapy is an opportunity to reconnect, rebuild, and create intentional partnership.

We provide a safe environment where both partners can openly express thoughts, emotions, concerns, and goals without judgment. Sessions are guided with care and intention to help improve understanding, emotional safety, and connection.

Family Therapy involves working as a family unit, or parts of the family unit.  We define “family” as any biological, adopted, foster, step, or family of choice.

Families often seek therapy during times of stress, transition, or conflict, but Family Therapy can also be beneficial for families simply wanting to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create healthier emotional patterns before problems become more overwhelming.

At EleMental Healing, we believe families deserve support, understanding, and tools that help create healthier relationships and emotional wellbeing. Family Therapy offers a space for healing, communication, growth, and rebuilding connection so families can move forward with greater understanding, resilience, and balance together.

Online Therapy, sometimes called virtual therapy or telehealth therapy, allows clients to meet with a therapist remotely through a secure video platform rather than attending sessions in person.

Virtual Therapy can be especially helpful for those with busy schedules, limited local resources, parenting responsibilities, transportation challenges, health concerns, or those who simply feel more comfortable opening up from their own environment.

Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you move toward the life you want. Unlike therapy, coaching isn’t focused on mental health diagnosis or deep emotional healing. Instead, it’s aboutforward movement in your personal development. Its focus is on what’s present and possible: your goals, your values, and the changes you want to make.

While it’s not a substitute for therapy, coaching can enhance and accelerate your therapeutic progress. It can also be a powerful and affective avenue on its own to help you explore and expand your personal growth.

Whether you are a new therapist navigating the emotional weight of client work, building your clinical identity, or seeking guidance and encouragement along your professional journey, our clinical supervision in Utah can provide a grounded and supportive environment where both personal and professional growth are nurtured.

At EleMental Healing, supervision is approached with compassion, collaboration, curiosity, and authenticity. The goal is not perfection, but helping clinicians feel supported, empowered, and confident as they continue developing their skills, voice, and clinical intuition.

Group therapy is a shared experience with a group of clients who are working through similar issues. Groups can offer you a variety of perspectives, ideas, and viewpoints, as well as a support system, friendships, and community. Each group is led by a trained therapist(s), certified coach or other qualified professional, allowing each member to feel safe and confident in sharing their experiences. Groups can be educational, process-oriented, or a combination of both.

Sometimes, people want to tackle their therapeutic issues more quickly in a short, intense chunk of work. You can book to meet with your therapist for a 1/2 day, full day, or several 1/2 or full days during the same week or month.

Intensive Therapy offers a more focused and immersive therapeutic experience designed to help individuals make deeper progress, process difficult experiences more thoroughly, and receive concentrated emotional support within a shorter period of time.

Every intensive experience is tailored to the individual’s needs, goals, emotional readiness, and healing journey. Sessions may incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, grounding tools, mindfulness practices, emotional regulation techniques, and trauma-informed support depending on what feels most beneficial for the client.
